HR Innovative Services will conduct a thorough HR Audit with every new client and will continue to monitor the company's practices on an on-going basis. Once the audit is complete, you will receive an in-depth report outlining areas that need to be addressed and ways in which to implement the recommendations.
This audit will include a review of:

- Contents of personnel files

- Employee handbook and policy and procedure manuals

- Unemployment compensation claims
- Pay practices and procedures including wage and salary increases
- Performance Management procedures
